Job Description

At GO Markets, we are a leading global broker dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients. Our Asia Pacific Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur serves as the hub for our Information Technology services, Marketing, and Customer Support operations across the region.

As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional support to our clients via email, live chat, and telephone. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to client inquiries related to technical, operational, and product-related matters.
  • Managing client relationships with new and existing global clients.
  • Assisting in implementing new procedures and processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
  • Processing and reviewing account applications.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate client account details on relevant systems.
  • Collaborating with key departments regarding updates on accounts onboarding procedures.
  • Supporting the Account Managers by collating information required and managing client requests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Support

Provide high-quality support to clients via various channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to their inquiries.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, fostering trust and loyalty towards GO Markets.

3. Process Improvement

Assist in implementing new procedures and processes, driving efficiency and productivity within the team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or Business Administration.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) practices is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis with excellent attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in Malaysian and Mandarin highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in the financial market is desirable.
