About the Role:

This position requires a highly organized and efficient individual to manage our office operations. As an Office Administrator, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and providing administrative support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meeting Planning: Create agendas, take minutes, and track action items to ensure effective meeting outcomes.
  • Record Keeping: Organize and maintain business records, contracts, and important documents in a secure environment.
  • Business Support: Collaborate with department heads and business managers to oversee multiple businesses, meet deadlines, and monitor performance.

Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
