The Addiction Counselor role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and utilizing evidence-based interventions to support clients in their recovery journey.

This position requires both on-site sessions at our Subang Jaya location and online consultations.

• Conduct comprehensive addiction assessments and evaluations
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling for clients with substance use and behavioral addictions
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Utilize motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and other therapeutic approaches to support recovery
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records
• Provide crisis intervention and relapse prevention strategies
• Engage in community outreach and educational programs to promote addiction awareness
• Stay updated with current research and best practices in addiction counseling

Key qualifications include a minimum of 1 year of experience in addiction counseling or a related field, an accredited degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work, and certification or licensing as an Addiction Counselor.
