Site Management Specialist Job at Bright Prospect

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Management Specialist to join our clinical research team at Bright Prospect. As a Site Management Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting site visits, setting up study site management in Veeva Vault CTMS, and collecting and managing essential documents for assigned sites.

Key responsibilities include identifying discrepancies during on-site product inventory counts, preparing and submitting IRB applications for ethical approval at study sites, and ensuring regulatory inspection readiness.

You will work closely with site personnel, peers, and office-based staff to build and maintain professional relationships and facilitate Quality Assurance Audits as required.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in clinical science, nutrition, or nursing, or equivalent, and at least 2-3 years of working experience in clinical research/on-site monitoring of investigation products or relevant experience.

Knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines, and applicable local regulations, is an added advantage. If you have excellent site management and monitoring skills, effective communication and problem-solving skills, please apply online or send in your profile to Bright Prospect.
