The Role
We are seeking a skilled Service Sales Engineer to interact with customers and field team members to drive Service Agreement opportunities in the Malaysian market. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Pain Point Identification: Understanding customer needs and matching them with proposed Service Agreements that deliver net benefits.
- Presentation Development: Creating powerful presentations and demos to clearly communicate the uniqueness of our value proposition.
- Business Development: Participating in business development activities to support our business strategy and identify bid opportunities.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in aftermarket services or an advanced degree with equivalent experience. Additionally, you should have exposure to managing sales pipeline and activities cadence, a hunter mindset, and willingness to travel within Klang Valley.
