As a Visual Merchandising Expert, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement and driving sales growth at our stores.

• Create captivating visual displays that showcase products and promote brand awareness.
• Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and branding objectives.
• Work closely with the Sales and Retail team to increase customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Maintain high-quality standards for all visual displays and materials.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source elements and materials that meet our quality standards.

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing trade marketing or visual merchandising portfolios for large enterprises with annual turnover exceeding RM100mil.
• Familiarity with Go-To-Market strategies, from development to operation/execution.
• Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company success.
• Strong time-management skills and sense of urgency.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate leadership and ability to guide team members.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Ability to translate overall strategies into key selling pitches tailored to audience needs.
• Experience managing KPIs and deliverables in sales and service organizations.
• Discipline in meeting timelines and possessing project management skills.
• Passion for understanding customers' needs and expectations.
• Will to challenge 'norm' processes and rules to drive better communication effectiveness.
• Awareness of surrounding industries' development in trade merchandising.
• Capability in managing external and internal stakeholders to leverage strengths.
