We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Quality Lead to join our team at Shopee. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the key drivers of customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities, and determining strategies to improve overall service.

About the Team

The Customer Experience Quality Lead will work closely with the team to facilitate regular calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality requirements and standards. They will also perform analysis on quality errors, present findings to gain acceptance, plan for, and execute quality improvement actions.
