We are seeking an experienced Influencer Engagement Executive to join our team at AnyMind Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Identification and Recruitment: Identify and recruit top-tier influencers and content creators across various social media platforms.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with exclusive talent, act as their primary point of contact, and drive collaboration opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and manage the onboarding process for new talent, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Talent Database Management: Maintain a robust database of potential and existing talent, staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging talent.

Requirements:

  • Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Creative/Art/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year prior experience working in influencer agencies or experience in talent acquisition, managing content creators/influencers is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the social media landscape and influencer marketing trends.
  • Highly proficient in both verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
