Job Summary

This position is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automatic test equipment and test programs for design verification and production testing. The ideal candidate will have experience with probe and final test development for complex Power Management devices and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with Design & Characterization engineers during Power Management IC development.
  2. Act as the central test resource as products move through development into volume production.
  3. Define test and validation plans to reach target test coverage and test time.
  4. Generate ATE test software in C++.
  5. Develop, debug and document complex test software and hardware for ATE.
  6. Participate in new design troubleshooting and provide recommendations to the development team.
  7. Analyze test and characterization data.
  8. Support test equipment automation, verification, and integration.
  9. Create test design documentation including test instructions, specifications, and verification plans.
  10. Perform test program optimization and robustness studies.
  11. Liaise with sub-contractors to implement and support production testing.
  12. Manage own time and assigned resources to meet time and quality goals.
  13. Reliability studies results analysis.
  14. Represent Test in interdisciplinary teams.
