Our Team
- You will be part of a collaborative team responsible for managing key merchant relationships for payment and loyalty products.
Your Role
- You will manage a portfolio of key merchants, focusing on developing and maintaining strong relationships to drive revenue growth.
- You will design and implement marketing campaigns to upsell new products/programs and drive growth among existing and new merchants.
- You will work closely with the Manager, Key Account Management, to develop business strategies, execute projects, and provide regular progress updates.
Critical Tasks
- You will engage with key merchants at the manager/director level to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.
- You will collaborate with merchants on funded promo programs, partnerships, new products, new features, and upselling Paylater by Grab and Loyalty products.
- You will analyze merchant settlement reports and technical issues, identifying areas for improvement and recommending effective solutions.
- You will conduct regular business reviews with key merchants to discuss performance, goals, and challenges.
- You will analyze market data and competitor insights to inform targeted category management strategies.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for key merchants, including integrations, marketing support, and reporting.
- You will collaborate with marketing to drive merchant partnerships and projects, including events, campaigns, and creative ideas.
- You will ensure project success by guiding campaigns, tracking progress, and providing performance reports.
- You will lead initiatives and stakeholder engagement, securing alignment and support for key account strategies.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, including account management, merchant management, sales, business development, partnerships, or an equivalent role.
- Knowledge of the e-wallet/payment or financial institution industry.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills, with experience in delivering comprehensive solutions for varied customer needs.
- Able to think holistically, balancing merchant and user needs to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
