Job Description

This Business Development Associate will play a key role in driving growth and profitability for assigned products through strategic selection, pricing, negotiation, sales, retention, and quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1 or more years of experience in Sales
  • OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and No prior experience required in Sales
  • AND Knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology
  • Knowledge of insurance industry regulatory environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Licence to sell insurance in the states where required
