We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Inta Bina Group Berhad. As a key member of our construction project management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Contract Manager in carrying out pre-contract and post-contract activities, managing and monitoring overall costing and budget, and evaluating and managing subcontractors' progress claims and final accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Pre-Contract and Post-Contract Activities: Assist the Contract Manager in carrying out pre-contract and post-contract activities in compliance with Company Standard Operation Procedure.
  2. Cost Management: Manage, monitor, coordinate, and control overall costing and budget.
  3. Tendering and Quotations: Carry out measurement and taking-off quantities, handle tendering, and obtain quotations.
  4. Subcontractor Evaluation: Evaluate and manage subcontractors' progress claims and final accounts.
  5. Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct superior.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  3. Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  4. Additional Requirements: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
