Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Assurance Leader to join our team at PEOPLE PROFILERS. In this role, you will be responsible for leading assurance engagements, creating audit strategies, and executing them in accordance with firm rules and standards.
About the Role
">As a Senior Assurance Leader, you will lead complicated audit procedures and teams, monitoring progress against the plan and making adjustments as necessary. You will also coach and develop individuals by sharing information with team members and assisting them in gaining experiences that promote technical abilities.
You will conduct timely performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Additionally, you will maintain collaborative ties with other assurance teams and create and sustain long-term, fruitful client connections and networks.
Key Responsibilities
">- Lead assurance engagements, developing audit strategies with partners and executing them according to firm rules and standards.
- Manage complicated audit procedures and teams, ensuring effective execution and compliance.
- Monitor team progress against plans and make adjustments as needed.
- Coach and develop team members through knowledge sharing and experience-based learning.
- Conduct timely performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain strong relationships with other assurance teams.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with audit colleagues to identify emerging control concerns and report them to partners.
- Supervise audit engagements, keeping partners informed of their status.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience, including 3 years of managerial experience.
- Advanced knowledge of MPERS, with MFRS knowledge being an added advantage.
