As an HR Systems Configuration Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our HR systems. This includes configuring, reporting, bulk updates, and API integration for various HR modules, including Learning and Talent.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR systems configuration, particularly in the Learning module, and possess knowledge of systems security administration. They should also be familiar with audit and data privacy regulations.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, design, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system features. Additionally, you will assist in the development of change management, communication, and training plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and maintaining HR systems, including Learning and Talent modules
  • Performing system administration functions, such as configuration, complex report configuration, security, processing, and loading bulk data
  • Assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of new system features
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for process automation to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Providing timely and accurate advice and recommendations to stakeholders on HR Systems queries
