This role is ideal for a qualified lawyer or conveyancer seeking a challenging position in a reputable law firm. As a Conveyancing Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of property law, including conveyancing SPAs and loan documentation.

You will work independently to manage files from initial to final stages, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines. Strong analytical and drafting skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders.

A background in Microsoft Office and Excel is necessary, along with experience dealing with Land Office, LHDN, and other conveyancing authorities. Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) is also required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conveyancing SPAs and Loan Documentation (Individuals and Corporates), Tenancies, General Conveyancing matters.
  • Manage to handle conveyancing file from initial to final stage.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proactive, hardworking and a team player.
  • Literate in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good drafting and analytical skills.
  • Experience in dealings with Land Office, LHDN and other conveyancing related authorities.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Both written & spoken).
  • Good written and spoken English; ability to read and write Chinese is an advantage.
  • Takes initiative at work and able to meet deadlines.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Preference to applicant who is able to commence work immediately.
