We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Leader to join our team at Inter Island Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing and supply chain strategies that maximize working capital and return on invested capital (ROIC). They will work closely with the Vice President of Global sourcing to set targets for quarterly cost reduction strategies and activities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in global sourcing, procurement, or supply chain, with 5+ years in leadership roles. They should possess expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and cost management, as well as strong market analysis, risk management, and forecasting skills.
The successful candidate will also be proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and data analytics, and will possess excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Results-driven, adaptable, and detail-oriented professionals are encouraged to apply.
Preferred qualifications include industry experience in electronics, manufacturing, or automotive sectors, and supply chain certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or Six Sigma.
