We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Help Desk Specialist to join our Support Team at Telecontinent. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and email enquiries from customers, providing them with accurate and timely information to resolve their queries.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you are a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Description:

  • Handle inbound calls and email enquiries from customers
  • Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer queries
  • Deal directly with customers via phone and email
  • Obtain relevant information to handle service requests

Working Hours:

  • 8.30am to 5.30pm or 10.30am to 7.30pm, Monday to Sunday (5 days a week)

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fresh graduates welcome
