We are seeking an experienced Service Inside Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our service spare parts to potential customers via phone, email, and/or other digital channels. You will also support the Field Service Sales Representatives in establishing relationships with predefined target accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quotations for service spare parts and follow up to win orders.
- Provide support on enquiries related to service orders.
- Schedule appointments for service sales teams.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries and leads.
- Build rapport and establish relationships with customers through active listening and effective communication.
- Communicate the value of our services and answer customer questions and objections using group tools like SET.
- Accurately record customer information and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence.
