About This Role

We are looking for a talented engineer to develop and debug complex test programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive automation and test optimizations to reduce test cost, enhance product quality, improve manufacturing efficiency, and accelerate manufacturing stability on 93K SmartScale platforms.
  • Develop and debug complex test program development efforts to convert input requirements.
  • Tests, validates, modifies, and redesigns automation requirements to guarantee application to specification.

As part of this role, you will work autonomously to plan and schedule your daily tasks, develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with minimum 4-7 years of industry experience in IC Design, IC Test, or equivalent field.
  • Experience with FPGA/CPLD on IPs (ATPG/IO/Serdes).
  • Strong coding and debugging / problem solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital and analog circuits, its associated test methods, and fault models.
