We are seeking an experienced senior management professional for our fintech subsidiary, reporting directly to the Group CEO. This key position involves strategic planning and overseeing the operations of a new fintech arm of a well-established global banking software company, focusing on digital banking ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate business strategies to drive growth and align with short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and activities to ensure desired results and consistency with corporate strategy.
  • Grow the business to increase market share and ensure profitability and sustainability.
  • Involve in cash flow planning and investment strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Make high-quality investment decisions to advance the business and increase profitability.
  • Foster strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, acting as a point of contact for important shareholders.
  • Make sound decisions and analytical judgments to ensure rapid and healthy company growth.
  • Lead and inspire subordinates from various business units to develop a high-performing managerial team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT or banking industry, with at least 5 years in a reasonably senior position.
  • Proven experience in formulating profitable strategies and managing a large profit center in a bank or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles, and in-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
  • Familiarity with banking operation practices and compliances in Southeast Asia countries.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Senior retirees from banks with top management experience will also be considered.
