Job Opportunity

Talent Recruit is seeking an IT Manager with Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience for a convenience store company based in Selangor.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will interact with business users across all levels of the organization.
  • Conduct a gap analysis between existing and desired business processes.

The IT Manager will design and document TO-BE business processes aligned with standard MS Dynamic application functionality. They will also collaborate with development resources to ensure compliance with functional designs, prepare test scenarios, and provide support for application, integration, and user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities
  • Design and document functional application configurations.
  • Develop and implement functional enhancements to WMS, including Screens, Interfaces, and Reports.
  • Collaborate with development resources to ensure compliance with functional designs.
  • Prepare test scenarios and scripts for application testing cycles.
  • Provide support for application, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of WMS Developer working experience.
  • Experience in WMS module, including Distribution Center configuration and implementation of Put-away strategy and Allocation strategy with WMS.
  • Good knowledge of MySQL.
  • Retail experience is beneficial.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
