  4. Network: Preferably has existing connections with designers, contractors, developers, and carpenters to leverage in the sales process.
  5. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and drive sales results is critical to achieving individual and company goals.
  6. Own Transport: Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations is necessary for success in this role.
