**Job Overview**

The HEINEKEN Company is seeking a skilled Packaging Technician 2 to join our team. This role involves ensuring the efficient operation of simple packaging machines, performing quality checks, and executing preventive maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate simple packaging machines and perform quality checks in line with standards and procedures.
  • Execute tagging process, CILT, and problem-solving tools, participating in improvement teams.
  • Perform downtime analysis and troubleshooting, identifying problems before calling emergency crews.
  • Work closely with production supervisors to provide advice on possible causes of breakdowns and estimated repair times.
  • Recommend innovative solutions to avoid product damage or delay in production.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in a related technical field, preferably in Engineering/Mechatronics.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • 1-3 years of experience in packaging/maintenance in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
  • Preferred experience in TPM/LEAN/6 SIGMA.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, IT literate, and proficient in using computers and systems.
  • Ability to work in changing shift patterns according to demand (24/7, over the weekend).
