Job Description:

In the role of a Commissioning Engineer at ENGINEERINGUK, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and performance of critical infrastructure within our global data centers. This includes overseeing the commissioning process for mechanical, electrical, and controls systems, as well as validating the installation and operation of these systems to meet Amazon's high standards.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that all commissioning procedures are followed, and that the highest level of quality is maintained throughout the process. You will also be responsible for managing and executing commissioning projects across multiple geographical regions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and meeting project objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in commissioning, electrical design, construction project management, or control system installation and maintenance. A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical documents and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
