Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide detailed analysis of current and past trends in financial and operational key performance indicators.
  2. Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance.
  3. Work closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long-term financial and strategic plan.
  4. Manage the annual budgeting & quarterly forecasting process coordinating inputs from all relevant stakeholders and budget owners.
  5. Build the budget and forecast models to project long-term growth and determine the impacting business factors.
  6. Prepare adhoc analysis of complex financial and non-financial information to provide accurate financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
  7. Data analysis to drive efficiency and ROI in various work streams (pricing, operation, marketing).
  8. Work with a BI tool and build dashboard reports to provide meaningful insight on the business.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent and Professional Qualification of any (ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/MICPA).
  • Minimum 4-5 years working experience needed in the related field for this position. Big 4 auditors are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication in English. Other languages are a bonus.
  • Excellent computer literacy using MS Office Applications. Excel and PPT.
  • Committed, team player, hardworking, self-motivated, and keen to learn.
