Job Overview
We're looking for a skilled Customer Support Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our global support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support via live chats and emails, building strong relationships with customers, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to customers via live chats and emails
  • Build trust and rapport with customers through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs
  • Stay current with cutting-edge technology trends and advancements
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information
  • Apply best practices in customer happiness and satisfaction
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our client's products and services
  • Collaborate with developers and other departments to ensure seamless customer support

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Native Chinese and English upper intermediate (B2 level)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Familiarity with live chat and email support software
  • A genuine interest in the crypto or stock exchange sector
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • A positive and responsible attitude
  • A reliable computer or laptop with a stable internet connection

Bonus Requirements
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Background in crypto/finance
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or Zendesk
