At Oxydata Software, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

The Project Manager role is responsible for leading and guiding the Application Consultants throughout the implementation process for our clients. This includes proposing best practices and tailored solutions to meet client needs effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing module setup and implementation for the Rymnet HRMS system within the agreed timeline. They will also ensure project delivery according to the agreed timeline and scope of work, and collaborate with the internal Tech Development team to address client-requested customizations.

In addition, the Project Manager will provide support to end users by troubleshooting technical and functional issues, ensuring seamless application usage. They will also ensure all control documents are properly documented and handed over to Customer Support upon completion of each project.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree and above in Computing and Software Development related fields, as well as proficiency in SQL and Microsoft software. At least 3 years of experience in full cycle web application development is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide the Application Consultants throughout the implementation process for Rymnet clients.
  • Propose best practices and tailored solutions to meet client needs effectively.
  • Perform module setup and implementation for the Rymnet HRMS system within the agreed timeline.
  • Ensure project delivery according to the agreed timeline & scope of work.
  • Collaborate with the internal Tech Development team to address client-requested customizations, ensuring these are delivered within the agreed scope and timeframe.
  • Provide support to end users by troubleshooting technical and functional issues, ensuring seamless application usage.
  • Ensure all control documents are properly documented and handed over to Customer Support upon completion of each project.
  • Verify the accuracy of results during Parallel Run and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), obtaining client sign-off upon successful completion.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for assigned modules, ensuring the clients' appointed personnel thoroughly understand the system.
