Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Lawyer/Conveyancing Clerk to join our team.

About the Role
  • As a Conveyancing Lawyer, you will handle all conveyancing matters, including preparing Sale and Purchase Agreements, loan documents, and other related files until completion or commercial agreement.
  • Preparation and attendance of legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation are also essential responsibilities.
  • You will attend to clients, correspondences, prepare status reports, and perform other tasks assigned by the firm/company.
  • Additionally, you will advise clients on all aspects of buying or selling processes, including legal issues, finances, and contracts.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in law is required, along with a valid Practicing Certificate.
  • Candidates should possess a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • An added advantage for applications who can communicate Cantonese is desirable, as they may need to liaise with clients from overseas.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sub-sales, sub-loan, projects, and loans, and commercial agreements are necessary.
