Key Responsibilities
  • Main accountabilities include local and group valuation, Financial Condition Report, Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), planning, forecasting, capital management, and IFRS 17 reporting.
  • You will provide actuarial services with minimal supervision to fulfill routine business requirements and solve problems with a low to moderate level of complexity.
  • Your key responsibilities will also include performing complex statistical analyses, modeling, monitoring, and analyzing data to develop models/programs for model building and analysis; interpreting results to support business decision-making.
  • You will participate in analyses related to activities outside of your normal responsibilities.
  • In addition, you will provide professional actuarial support and advice to actuarial business partners, offering insights into underlying performance and implications for the business.
  • You will manage the flow and quality of relevant actuarial data to ensure robust output.
  • Supporting the development of risk-based capital models and calibration and parameterization activities will also be part of your role.
  • Furthermore, you will ensure that processes and standards are consistent with internal actuarial policies and lead the improvement of systems and processes in your area.
  • Lastly, you will assist in the training and development of actuarial personnel.
