Urgent Care Service Coordinator

Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in customer service and medical front office settings, preferably with BLS certification.
Duties will include greeting patients, guiding them through the registration process, utilizing patient queuing systems, assisting with patient feedback, and accurately recording charges and payments.
- Greet patients upon arrival and promptly answer incoming calls, gathering information to determine callers' needs and provide resolutions
- Guide patients in registration processes, including verification of insurance and payment collection
- Utilize patient queuing process to ensure that patients and families are well informed of waiting times and to provide the most efficient visit possible
- Assist with patient feedback collection
- Accurately record charges and payments to support patient billing, and prepare the daily deposit & reconciliation log
