We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our projects by managing documents, liaising with merchants, and coordinating deliveries and reports.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administration and follow-through business processing of company projects.
- To prepare and compile weekly status reports of documents submitted by merchants for easy retrieval and future reference.
- Maintaining the database and system functions, manage documentation and tracking of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Assist in liaising with merchants for necessary documents and/or required materials when necessary.
- Coordinate A&P materials from clients and merchants, to compile merchants' logo, image and other documents for easy retrieval and future reference.
- Coordinate with courier companies to ensure safe and punctual delivery of POSM for various projects.
- Handling incoming calls and performing general administrative duties.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: Possess at least a recognized Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant hands-on experience in administration is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities effectively.
