IT Specialist

This role is designed for a tech-savvy individual to oversee the management of software and hardware assets. As an IT specialist, you will be responsible for providing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services to ensure seamless operations.

• To provide expert-level support for all software and hardware-related issues.
• To manage and maintain IT assets, including software and hardware inventory.
• To perform system maintenance tasks, such as backup and recovery processes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential in this role.

• Candidate must have at least SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate in English & Malay. Other spoken languages would be valued added.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize tasks.
