We're looking for a skilled Counsellor Expert to join our team at Intellect. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing mental health coaching services to employees of our partner companies in Malaysia.
The Counsellor Expert will work closely with our internal clinical team to develop and implement effective wellbeing strategies that meet the unique needs of our clients. This includes delivering workshops on empathy and identifying distress in employees, as well as conducting team building activities to promote mental health awareness.
