As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will have the chance to develop your skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring timely completion of onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all transactional activities related to onboarding and candidate engagement, including data entry, document preparation, and coordination with relevant departments
• Communicate with new hires regarding their onboarding process and next steps
• Collaborate with PC&C, Offer & onboarding, Technology, and other departments to ensure all necessary arrangements are made for new hires
• Ensure all onboarding documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with bp policies and legal requirements
• Follow established onboarding processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency in all onboarding activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in onboarding, HR, or a related field
• Previous experience in a coordinator or administrative role is preferred
• Familiarity with Workday systems and onboarding platforms is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with new hires and stakeholders
