Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

The role of the Senior Finance Business Partner is to provide strategic financial guidance and support to the business. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial plans and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of regional overheads across various departments and business units.
- Analyze and report on regional overheads to aid decision-making and implement strategies to optimize overhead expenditure.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.
- Draft budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities.
- Manage risks involved in financial activities and estimate short and long-term financial objectives by setting performance targets.
- Compile financial reports and supervise month-end processes.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a global IT consulting firm or similar dynamic operating environment.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance. Professional accountancy qualification is an added advantage.
- Regional exposure is a must.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail, analytical, proactive, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
