The successful candidate will provide application support and expertise to customers, ensuring they receive optimal results from our products.

This role involves analyzing customer requirements, promoting consideration of our company's products and services, and supporting the sales team.

  • Supports customers in all products related application troubleshooting in his/her area.
  • Perform site visits with the Sales Manager in sales conversations and/or technical conversations for application knowledge support.
  • Analyzes existing and anticipated customer requirements and promotes consideration and purchase of company products and services.
Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Supporting customers in application troubleshooting and providing technical expertise.
  2. Site visits with sales managers to discuss sales and technical conversations.
  3. Analyzing customer requirements and promoting consideration of our products and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred.
  2. Minimum 3 years experience worked in IVD Application area, like immunology, biochemistry or molecular, immunology will be preferred.
  3. Able to use English as working language.
  4. Good communication skills and hard working.
