Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with proven success and passion for B2B sales to join our dynamic sales team as a Financial Technology Sales Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, generating new sales leads, and managing ongoing customer interactions during the sales process and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, establish connections, and successfully reach them via LinkedIn and phone calls.
- Follow-Up: Maintain and build relationships with prospects through regular follow-up communications.
- Customer Processing: Handle incoming customer inquiries efficiently and process them in a timely manner.
- Internal Follow-Up: Collaborate with our internal team to ensure delivery of what was promised to our clients.
- CRM Management: Ensure CRM records are consistently updated with accurate information covering all clients and prospective clients' interactions.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
- Financial Markets Understanding: A good understanding of financial markets and the Forex industry is highly desirable.
- MT4 and MT5 Expertise: 2+ years of experience in selling MT4 and MT5 bridging and aggregation software would be an advantage.
- SaaS Experience: 2+ years of experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS) to brokers and banks is also highly valued.
- Linguistic Skills: Fluency in an additional foreign language is a plus.
