Procurement Specialist

About the Role:

As a key member of our team at Two95 International Inc., you will be responsible for handling incoming goods, including raw materials and local trading products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure seamless receipt and inspection of goods, in accordance with established standards and procedures.

2. Closely monitor and track delivery status against Purchase Orders issued to guarantee timely fulfillment.

3. Oversee the implementation of ISO standards across purchasing functions to maintain high-quality performance.

4. Regularly evaluate supplier performance through quarterly assessments.

5. Prominently issue Purchase Orders and coordinate return notes when necessary.

6. Proactively source new suppliers for competitive price comparison purposes.

7. Carry out additional duties as directed by management to ensure business objectives are met.

Authority and Scope:

You will have the authority to issue Purchase Orders and follow up on miscellaneous Delivery Orders.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or Diploma in Purchasing or a related field is essential.
• You must be proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A background in Purchasing is mandatory, with material planning experience being an added advantage.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Purchasing is required.
• You should possess excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is crucial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power is also required.
