Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Global Process Expert to join our team and contribute to the development and operations of our global finance strategic solution, the Revenue Decision Engine (RDE). This role involves coordinating projects with regional businesses, finance teams, and IT specialists to enhance processes and system capabilities aligned with global strategy and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with finance/business users and SMEs to understand and document business requirements, ensuring alignment within and across existing global systems and processes.
- Develop proposals for implementing business requirements and business processes, including process documentation, strategy papers, white papers, gap analysis work, and best practice guidance material.
- Translate business needs into actionable systems development while enforcing global standard operating procedures and applying a control mindset.
- Document process and commercial standardization that enables simpler automated solutions and processes.
- Participate in global solution design, leveraging existing system capabilities and processes, maintaining global standards, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
- Review and/or prepare formal change requests via the PET Log process and Service Now, presenting and explaining such change requests to project Change Review Boards or other governance bodies as needed.
