Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with organizational objectives, focusing on equipment integration business.
  • Identify and onboard reliable suppliers, negotiating terms and agreements to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
  • Manage procurement processes, ensuring timely acquisition of raw materials, components, and equipment required for manufacturing.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience with a minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred with people management experience and work experience in contract manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as Oracle, or similar systems.
