Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Proven at least 10 years of experience in plant management, preferably in an industrial chemical/gas environment.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Extensive knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control.
    • Budget management and cost control experience.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
