About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our team as a Faculty Head, overseeing the Agency Division and MBA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring understanding of key business drivers and conceptualizing them into training content.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Draft and implement training content based on business drivers, focusing on personal development, leadership, and branding.
  2. Analyze training needs to improve and enhance training content, leveraging technology to increase business productivity and learning effectiveness.
  3. Develop training strategies to influence behavioral change and positively impact leadership and personal effectiveness.
  4. Organize and execute programs, including field-based follow-up and training, to meet targets across distribution channels.
  5. Create and deliver training module content, promoting various training programs through Learning Management Systems and other communication methods.
  6. Design and implement Leadership & Agency Management courses for agency force growth and company direction alignment.
  7. Manage the roll-out of new modules and enhance existing ones, researching best practices and case studies.
  8. Support leaders, new leaders, and recruiters in building a strong and successful Agency/Emerging ALC.
  9. Achieve targets and deadlines in responsibilities, projects, training modules, and ensure high-quality results.

Your Qualifications

  • Recognized Diploma or Degree in Business or any discipline.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP), RFP, and other relevant certifications would be advantageous but not required.
  • Preferably with minimum 5 years proven experience in similar fields or financial services industry.
  • Mature individual with preferably management experience leading a team of staff.
  • Evidence of strong communication skills, conceptual thinking skills, planning/project planning & management skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge in areas of expertise and high willingness to adapt and learn.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with high sensitivity to timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point).
