Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.
  • Lead teams of engineers and supervisors in executing secured projects, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors on project implementation issues, including work instructions and sequences.
  • Prepare detailed plans and budgets for ACMV systems and oversee their execution.
  • Identify and develop M&E design concepts, developing design briefs for consultants.
  • Review and ensure M&E layout designs and specifications meet functional, practical, constructive and value-engineering requirements.
  • Perform interim progress claims, monitor payments and determine variation orders.
  • Attend site/technical meetings, following up on outstanding matters.
  • Ensure timely reporting on project progress and prepare reports for Management.
  • Plan and optimize resources.
