The Commercial BTS Area Geo Capability Lead is responsible for managing digital and data capabilities solutions across a designated region. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to navigate complex requirements in a fast-paced environment.
The team managed by the Capability Lead will enable, activate, and deliver key solutions for affiliates in scope. They will work closely with the Global Capability / Delivery team to ensure successful delivery and align the portfolio with the specific needs of affiliates within the region.
This role involves:
- Managing internal organizations of Business Technology Managers to technically enable core digital and data capabilities
- Collaborating with the global team to co-create and develop strategies for the adoption and implementation of digital and data capabilities
- Developing and executing plans to ensure the successful implementation and integration of digital and data capabilities across diverse business units
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in internal/external consulting or an agency environment
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading complex, large-scale projects
