**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Director to lead our information security efforts and ensure the protection of our organization's assets.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Lead a team of security professionals to identify and address potential security threats, and ensure the security of our data, network, infrastructure, endpoints, and manufacturing systems.
• Manage and oversee the budget for security initiatives, and work closely with senior management to ensure departmental compliance with security standards.
• Stay up-to-date with current regulatory, privacy, and security best practices, and ensure our organization remains compliant with industry standards such as IT-SOX, NIST-CSF, ISO 27002, SOC2, and OWASP.

**Requirements**

• 5-10 years of leadership experience in cybersecurity and IT, with a strong background in security strategy and risk management.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or cybersecurity, with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
