• Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
• Team Management: Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
• Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop technology solutions that meet their requirements.

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of people management experience.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
