Supply Chain Manager Role

About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in supply chain operations, including strategy development, supplier management, logistics coordination, and inventory control.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
  2. Sourcing and Procurement: Source and procure materials and services from suppliers, managing contracts and relationships.
  3. Logistics and Transportation: Coordinate logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  4. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, reducing excess stock and minimizing stockouts.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to inform business decisions.
  7. Leadership and Teamwork: Lead and manage supply chain staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
  8. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions.
  9. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred, but not mandatory.
