The SharkNinja APAC team is expanding rapidly, driven by strong innovation and investment in the region. As a leading player in consumer electronics, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team in Malaysia.

Job Description
This role will be based in Malaysia and involves visiting assigned retail locations to assess product displays, gather feedback, and make adjustments to improve visibility and sales. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building relationships with channel partners to expand distribution networks and increase retail sales revenue. Additionally, they will monitor inventory levels at retail locations, replenish shelves as needed, and provide training or support for retail employees. Other key responsibilities include gathering market research, maintaining regular reports on stock levels and merchandising compliance, and ensuring all merchandising activities comply with company standards and branding requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and able to work independently, and have a proven track record of successful sales experience, achieving or exceeding quotas. They should also be comfortable using computer software, including Microsoft Office and iPad applications, and have a minimum of 4 years of in-person retail selling experience. Ambitious and self-motivated sales individuals who exhibit confidence and professionalism are preferred.
