EHS Management System

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing annual EHS training plans and internal audit schedules.
  • Reviewing and updating EHS procedures based on audit findings.
  • Conducting safety standard management reviews and maintaining the EHS system.
  • Collaborating with contractors and suppliers to ensure EHS compliance.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Leading JSA, LOTO, Ergo, Machine Guarding, BBS, Nearhit reporting, PPE management, IH, Environmental, and other EHS activities.
  • Coordinating Kaizens and other EHS initiatives.
  • Implementing routine EHS internal audits and preparing materials for external audits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of EH&S experience.
  • University degree or equivalent in safety, health, environmental, chemical, mechanical, or related technical discipline.
  • Autonomous ability in conducting audits and inspections.
  • Good reading and writing skills in English and Chinese.
  • Learning ability, integrity, trust, and principles.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and team building skills.
