Job Description

This role involves devising and executing effective Marketing & Sales strategies to achieve project Business Plan goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and leads profiling to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborating with architects and artist renderers to develop computer-generated images (CGIs) related to projects.
  • Briefing and managing creative agencies on the development of Advertising and Promotion (A&P) materials.
  • Assisting in the development of project websites and ongoing social media management.
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing marketing and sales events such as sales launches, promotional activities, roadshows, exhibitions, etc., to deliver sales targets.
